Shipping to over 100 Countries

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you. 

After orders are processed, It might take up to one working day for the tracking info to update, so don’t worry if you don’t see anything right away.

If you see only some of your things are on the way, it’s all good.
Sometimes we have to ship orders from different warehouses, which means they’ll arrive in separate packages. Your other things might’ve already been delivered, but if they haven’t, they’ll be with you soon. And, you’ll get a separate email to let you know those things have been shipped.

Lost/ Missing Packages

UNIQU is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order made for you at no charge.

Some local couriers require re-delivery fees. If such an instance occurs this will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs / VAT

We are not responsible for any custom fees or VAT once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you may get custom & VAT fees when they arrive in your country.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can track your package every step of the way. 

My Tracking Says "No information available at the moment."

It takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system for some shipping companies. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. This is because some products require special shipping lines due to batteries etc. You will receive 2 tracking numbers for your order if it is shipped separately.
