Big and good bag

I like the product, but honestly I have had a terrible experience with the company. I ordered in March, and only received part of my order. It is now May, and I still haven't received the rest of the order, despite several emails. I get a very slow response, or no response. Terrible customer service.

The quality is good. I see how durable it is. But however one of the lights is broken. Can’t come on even when charged. I Contacted the team. Hope your can resolve this issue. But overall this product is the best for creating.
