I really like my flexi stand—it’s going to make capturing my art process so much easier. The lighting on both sides is a great and necessary addition. However, the plastic quality isn’t the best. While attaching the lights, I accidentally turned the wrong way (which wasn’t very clear), and it damaged the small connecting piece, making it a bit flimsy. I expected something sturdier and more durable—not something that feels like it’s falling apart on first use (I promise, I’m not the Hulk!).

One of the lights does not work regardless of charging it. I’ve emailed customer service with the complaint and I have yet to receive a response. I have read several comments and this has been a common issue amongst other customers.

Really wobbly stand from the base up, and I've messaged to see if it should be like that twice with no reply.
Also not as tall as I thought it would be, but I didn't check height prior to purchase so that's on me.

i didnt like it much. the lighting is very poor. When I take pictures it doesnt even look good, i was better off doing it with just my phone. the only good thing about it is that it holds your phone for you while you do your stuff. I would had returned it.

It’s not as tall as I thought it would be. The top pole leans when you attach your phone to it. It doesn’t stand up straight. There is a movable white cylinder at the bottom, that I have no idea what it’s for, because it doesn’t fit anything when the item is extended.

Great product. Took me a bit to work out how to set it up. Will try the lights later on. So far liking it just wish I swiveled as well (showing what I mean in video) . Thanks to other photos in here I realized I had my ph on wrong . Well now to my first hyperlapse video.
